| About Us | Green Lane Community Centre The 700 square metre building is heated and cooled by a 3 phase NIBE 1330 - 30 ground sourec unit with an HPAC 42 heating/cooling unit, 300L UKV buffer and heat exchanger. Bore holes are to a depth of 100M. There is under floor heating on the ground and first floors in every room with zone controls. The system is designed to maintain an ambient temperature of 20 Deg C throughout the year with minimal running costs. |

East Field Farm This lovingly restored large Farm house is heated by a single phase NIBE 1140 - 12kW ground source unit. It supplies heating through the under floor heating system on both the ground and first floors as well as all the hot water for the house stored in a VPA300/200 tank. The installation is also docked with an oil boiler as supplimentary heat energy.There is approx 800M of horizontal ground collector pipe in an adjacent field. The system is designed to maintain an ambient temperature of 22 Deg C throughout the year with minimal running costs. Blackthorn Gate - Luxury Holiday Lodges These 80 and 90 square metre log cabins are heated and ventilated by Fighter 200P and 360P Exhaust air units which recover the waste heat energy via ducting to produce hot water and heating.There is under floor heating in the bathrooms, en-suites and utilities/drying room with radiators in all other room all with thermostatic controls. The system is designed to maintain an ambient temperature of 20 Deg C throughout the year with minimal running costs. Yorkshire Art Gallery and Coffee shop The 300 square metre building with Artist sudios, art Gallery and coffee shop is heated by a 3 phase NIBE 2025 - 14 air soure unit, 300L UKV buffer. The unit also produces hot water stored in a VPA300/200. There is under floor heating on the ground and first floor is heated via radiators with thermostatic zone controls. There is an electric boiler docked into the system as supplimentary heat energy. The system is designed to maintain an ambient temperature of 21 Deg C throughout the year with minimal running costs. |
