Project Overview
This very special community centre was designed to be extremely energy efficient as it is used by the local community for many activities including business rental space. The centre is heated via a NIBE 1330-30kw GSHP with a UKV300 buffer tanks and 9 x 80m borehole array. The ground floor and first floor rooms have the benefit of under floor heating offering a comfortable environment for the building.
