Project Overview
The developer, Hindhaugh Homes, acquired this well-appointed site and developed all the existing buildings and converted the barns to create 9 individual domestic dwellings. Each house or barn conversion was installed with under floor heating on the ground floor and energy efficient radiators on the first floors. HT Energy also installed Air source heat pumps to all the houses which supplied heat to the UFH and radiators as well as the HT300-UVHW 300 litre hot water cylinders. The owners had the benefit of Uplink to remotely control their heating and each one qualified for the Domestic RHI.
